The Tasia Trilogy is anthological in nature, featuring three separate narratives following the exploits of various characters within the fantastical biotope of Tasia. While each of the films are self-sufficient and fully expandable on their own, there are certain overlapping elements present within each, as they all take place in the same Middle-earth world.
The three films of the trilogy will all function to chronicle the saga of Tasia. This is the case in that the history of elves in this land is the shortest yet their influence and culture absolutely dominates all others. At some point in Tasian history, the elves buffaloed their way in and seized this once very beautiful land (as evidenced by the numerous ruins throughout). The once-green and lush oasis is now forever smoldering from the ravages of the peripheral Kuluniean (Orange Sea) War which includes various belligerents, factions and collateral damage, but is mostly a bloody fight between orcs and trolls.
Epic in scale and vision, yet populated with complex three-dimensional characters whose motivations will seem very familiar, The Tasia Trilogy is a mirror for any section of time in history. Even before the war began (if anyone can remember back that far) Tasia had been languishing in economic depression and increased crime – the opulence of the illustrious King’s Chalice Tournament, of course, being a notable exception. There’s a huge rift between the haves and the have-nots and it grows by the day. Elves, for the most part, have. Everybody else, for the most part, have not.
